Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery time varies based on destination, local carrier handling, and customs processing. International orders may experience delays due to customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Orders over $200 USD qualify for free tracked shipping (US AND CANADA ONLY)
Orders under $200 USD are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and displayed at checkout.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
We do not collect VAT, GST, customs duties, or import fees on international orders.
Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their country upon delivery. This includes shipments to the UK, EU, Australia, and other countries with import tax policies.
We do not reimburse customers for customs charges or failed deliveries due to refusal to pay import duties.

Shipping Time Estimates
All items are made to order. This means each piece is crafted after purchase. Production + shipping times are listed below. These are estimates only.
United States & Canada:
• Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
International:
• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 7–10 business days
Delays due to customs inspections, local carrier handling, weather, or other events are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

When will I receive tracking information?
Once your item has been produced and shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email automatically. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. Tracking will be provided for each individual package.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled and shipped separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number. This is normal and does not affect your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
The only exception is if we make an error — such as the wrong item, incorrect size, or a misprint. In this case, you must contact treycorpltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed as our error, we will issue a replacement. We do not offer refunds.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after submission.
If you made a mistake and your order has not yet shipped, you may contact treycorpltd@gmail.com We will attempt to help, but we cannot guarantee changes. Once the order is in production or shipped, no changes are possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a tracking number is provided and the item is marked as shipped, all risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to carrier error, porch theft, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Wrong Address at Checkout
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
We do not refund or replace orders that were shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

Product Availability
All items are released in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion.
